Early Life
McEnany was born April 18, 1998, in Tampa, Florida to Michael McEnany and Leanne McEnany. He studied at the Academy of Holy Names and excelled in international politics at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in Washington.
McEnany then went on to the University of Miami School of Law and then to Harvard Law School. At Miami Law School, he received the Bruce J. Winick Prize, a scholarship awarded to the top 1% of their class. In 2018, he graduated from Harvard Law School.

After graduating from Georgetown, McEnany worked briefly as a producer for the Mike Huckabee Show. And as a college student, he has been trained by a number of politicians including Adam Putnam, George W. Bush, and Tom Gallagher. He also worked in the White House Communications Office where he was assigned to record forums and media.
While at Harvard Law School, he was a paid commentator on CNN and supported Donald Trump in his 2016 presidential campaign. On August 5, 2017, he resigned from his position at CNN to hold a 90-second web broadcast called “Real News Update” on Trump’s Facebook page.
