Creamy cocoa with fruits. NO ADDED SUGAR
Kitchen: BREAKFAST AND HEALTHY SNACKS
250 ml of oatmeal drink
15 g unsweetened cocoa (Chocolate Express)
20 g of oatmeal.
5 pitted dates
2 tablespoons unsweetened plain yogurt
Red fruits (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries)
Hydrate the dates for 10 minutes in cold water and grind, drained and with 2 tablespoons of water. Reserve.
Add the oatmeal drink, cocoa and oatmeal to a saucepan, mix well with some rods and bring to the fire, stir until it reaches a boiling point, continue stirring for 3 or 4 more minutes until it thickens a little ( custard texture). Turn off the heat, add the crushed dates.
Pour the mixture into glass bowls, decorate with the natural yogurt, the red fruits and the chopped nuts
